FAQ's

Can I have a chat with the staff or management?

Yes! Simply send an email to parents@squarecraft.eu in order to plan a meeting with us.

Why can my child not play anymore?

It is possible that your child received a ban if they broke our organization's or one of the member server's rules. Normally these bans do not last long, a few hours to a few days are normal. Only in extreme cases will these bans become long or even permanent. It is also possible that your child's inability to play is simply a technical issue. In both cases, you can send us an email at parents@squarecraft.eu if you wish to get more information about the situation. Please provide your child's Minecraft & Discord usernames so that we can provide you with the most accurate information.

Do we accept money from kids?

No, we simply do not accept money from anyone. We are not a shop nor do we have a donation option. Our services are completely free and paid for by our parent company AuroraEdge. We would like to ask everyone to report anyone who asks for money in our name.

Who are the staff members?

Our staff design, build, and maintain all of our services. Our team consists of volunteers from diverse places and ages. Most staff members serve in roles that are most fitting for them. Our IT Staff for example are real IT professionals in their daily lives. We also have Teachers, HR specialists, and various other working professionals. There are also far younger staff members who have not yet mastered a profession. However, these younger staff members are guided by more experienced staff members so to keep up with our standards for quality.

Can my kids play safely?

We are committed to keeping our Minecraft & Discord servers as safe and child-friendly as possible. We actively monitor behavior in all of our domains to provide a healthy online environment. All reports about violations are investigated to the fullest extent.
